What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity? Agribusiness in the Bay of Plenty has great diversity and has been a growth market in recent years - you'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients in dairy and kiwifruit- this presents real opportunity to grow BNZ's presence and to grow your expertise. 
What is the most challenging thing about this opportunity? We need to find someone who is motivated by connecting with new opportunities and the community- not afraid to put themselves out there or pick up the phone to see how we can help. 
They also need to be able to be seen as a "trusted advisor" and inspire confidence and thought leadership in supporting clients to achieve their goals.
What attributes will this person have in order to be successful? We are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious team player who has a growth mindset and desire to contribute to a high performing team. 
Ideally, you will also have a high level of commercial acumen, and either an already established professional network or proven ability to grow a network, to help serve our customers brilliantly!
