Job description:
First American Financial is seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role.
Responsibilities:- Research and identify new business opportunities- Prospect potential clients through various channels- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction- Track and analyze sales performance metrics- Prepare reports and presentations for management- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:- Driven and independent personality traits- Strong analytical and decision-making skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of meeting sales targets- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Experience using CRM software is a plus
