Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Insight Enterprises is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position suitable for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and objectives- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations- Participate in meetings, conferences, and events to promote the company and its services- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the business development team

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Excellent presentation and communication skills- Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- A proactive and results-oriented mindset- Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime when needed
