Your involvement won't stop at ERP projects; you'll also contribute to ongoing business improvement initiatives.Key responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners providing technology-related goods and services.Recommend and implement technology solutions to optimize internal operations and strategic benefits.Analyse technology-related initiatives and prioritize, optimize, and deliver agreed initiatives across the business.Formulate business improvements based on research and experience.Influence stakeholders about the benefits of new technology and strategies.Implementation of technology and systems.Conduct workshops and training sessions.Create and maintain documentation of systems and processes.About you:Minimum 2-3 years of Business Analyst experience in medium to large scale businesses with proven record of delivering technology-related change.Previous ERP project experience.
