This is a new pivotal role wholly focused on identifying unmet needs that are best served through AI and automation.Your responsibilities will include:Discovering AI Opportunities and partner with providers like Microsoft to find the best solutions, while staying updated on the AI landscape.Understanding and Resolving Business Needs leveraging your superpower of defining specific problems, you'll focus NZTE on the right opportunities to leverage the right technology - rather than starting with the solution.Developing Business Cases for third-party vendors and tools, aligning with the Product Manager and stakeholders to prioritize solution delivery, focusing on incremental value delivery.Aligning Product Strategy with NZTE goals, ensuring financial viability, defining success metrics, and using insights to inform future development opportunities.Business value realization.
Whether it is saving our people time, reducing the cost of a process or quicker service time, you will draw on resources across NZTE to ensure value is delivered to the business and the value is measurable.What you'll need to be successful - O PukengaComing from a Product Management background, you will have experience working closely with data and metrics, be a fantastic communicator and skilled at developing strong and trusted relationships.
Your ability to take complex information and communicate it in a relatable way for stakeholders is key.Your technical expertise in AI and automation, particularly with Microsoft technology, will be invaluable.
As an experienced Product Manager with Agile leadership skills, you will be a master of stakeholder management, fostering collaboration, and defining metrics.
