Product Coordinator

New Zealand Fine Touring (NZFT) is a technology-enabled travel business growing rapidly in the New Zealand market. NZFT operates a multi-market channel, multi-brand strategy, selling travel to international visitors who wish to travel across New Zealand and Australia. We offer highly tailored and ready-made tours with bespoke advice to our customers, ensuring they get the best experience possible! As a Product Coordinator , you will join our close-knit and fast-paced team. The role has a key focus on working closely with suppliers, entering their products and information into our reservation system, and supporting our sales team. What does the Role look like? Ensuring product rates are up-to-date and adjusted for seasons Assisting with product queries and questions from our sales team Ensuring our booking system is accurate and up-to-date Updating client and supplier H&S information Loading new products to our system Continuous development of knowledge on New Zealand and Australia product Minimum Requirements: Passionate and knowledgeable about New Zealand Excellent data administration skills Strong computer skills and a fast learner of new systems Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work to high standards under pressure and deadlines Solution-focused mindset Enjoy a dynamic and growing work environment!
