Ability to follow processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions Ability to establish and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements Effective presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information across various levels Strong influencing and persuasive ability Ability to communicate technical concepts and align them with client business goals and objectives Responsibilities Recommending efficient modifications to systems to improve efficiency and reduce cost of all operations.
Assisting in the development of product features to ensure a competitive and marketable range of products.
Assisting in the development of sales ideas and promotional materials to support new and existing products.
Ensuring all marketing support documentation is current and has received the appropriate compliance sign-off.
Assisting in the development of regular product communications to customers and advisers.
Determining appropriate procedures for all technologies and assist in all equipment configurations.
Budgeting and forecasting, improving existing software capability, creating, managing and disbursing reports as required.
Gathering, defining, and documenting requirements, deliveries, and outcomes, providing technical guidance.
