In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery for the Digital Join squad, leading innovative initiatives across our eShop, eChannel, and new Digital App platforms.
You'll drive results, champion creativity, and collaborate with a talented team to redefine digital experiences for New Zealanders.

Please note this role is a fixed term contract due to maternity cover.
The contract will end in September 2025.
Ko to mahi – what you'll do Manage the Backlog by developing and prioritizing tasks for the Digital Join squad to ensure impactful delivery.
Align the Vision by setting squad objectives that support the mission of our Consumer & Business Channels.
Drive Squad Performance to achieve goals that deliver real value to customers and the business.
Participate in Agile Events and lead engaging sprint reviews to foster teamwork and creativity.
Ensure Continuous Value Delivery through a culture of testing and learning, refining our approach based on feedback.
Collaborate with Teams during Quarterly Planning with the PMO and CDUs to ensure strategic alignment.
Foster a Customer-Obsessed Culture within the squad, focusing on delivering outstanding user experiences.
Enhance Customer Experience by driving continuous improvement based on insights and feedback.
Inspire Leadership by modeling behaviors that empower and motivate a high-performing team.
Develop a Frontline-Focused Team that champions customer needs and drives innovation in our digital offerings.
Na tou rourou - what you'll bring At least 5 years' experience in a delivery role with a proven record of successful delivery outcomes.
Experience in Digital App and eCommerce development is ideal.
Ability to build strong relationships across the business, leadership teams, and with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
Strong commercial acumen - ability to understand overall customer and business value and prioritise to achieve outcomes.
Clear and considered communication, able to take an overview for end-to-end delivery.
Strong ability to lead with influence – contributing to building a strong, empowered squad.
Exceptional listening, verbal and written communication skills and a desire to learn and grow.
