Team Leader - Te Anau & Manapouri Visitor Centres

Our busy Te Anau and Manapouri visitor centres are the gateway to Fiordland and a stop on the road for many. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to all visitors and are seeking someone to inspire and inform guests about our 'must see' and 'must experience' products.Working closely with the Visitor Centre Coordinator, you will assist in recruitment, onboarding and training the team, ensuring that only the most excellent guest service is delivered. You will be the port of call when the Visitor Centre Coordinator is on days off, from organising rostering changes, to leading and supporting the team, to being the main point of contact for all business functions.
