This is your opportunity to join this great organisation. We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Administration Manager to join our team.
In this vital role you will oversee the daily administrative operations of the company, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and effectively. This role is critical in supporting our workers and facilitating communication across departments. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in administration and management.
With your ability to juggle tasks and effectively manage your time while caring for your team as well as ensuring the smooth running of a busy office, you will cover a broad range of administration tasks including maintaining company material and databases, accounts payable, accounts receivable, promoting process improvement along with assisting our Transport Management team.
Keeping cool under pressure is second nature as is the ability to think on your feet and problem solve any issues you may encounter. Your collaborative nature means you love working as part of a team and you're always willing to pitch in and help to get the job done but are just as comfortable working on your own.
If you have experience leading a team, excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, and data entry skills, can communicate effectively, have a positive attitude and a great sense of humour, we want to hear from you.
