We're seeking an accomplished General Manager with experience in Health management to partner with our dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager in this transformative journey. As the General Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager, Board of Trustees and Clinical Committee, to lead our unique, state-of-the-art hospital. Together, you'll build upon the established legacy and continue supporting our local community.
Working hand in hand with the Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our hospital, leading with empathy, strategic acumen, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. You'll be responsible for all aspects of the management and leadership of the Hospital's operations including strategic planning, financial funding and performance, community relations and fundraising, HR and operational management, and health and safety.

Experience in coaching, mentoring and developing employees
