As the Supervisor in the Venison/Beef Production Team, you will be responsible for overseeing personnel and resources to ensure you meet production, quality, and safety targets.
Working with the Department Supervisor, your role involves:
Efficiently manage workforce and resources to ensure optimal operational performance.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, efficiency, and output quality, and report on them regularly.
Monitor and control contamination levels in compliance with food safety standards, ensuring high levels of hygiene and addressing non-compliances.
Actively promote a culture of safety and ensure safe work practices are adhered to by all employees, including accident reporting, investigation, and resolution, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
Have strong communication skills both verbal and written and be an approachable and reliable person who enjoys working within a team environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have supervisory experience within an FMCG environment.
Alongside this, you will:
