We are a business employer that is committed to making a difference for families and communities and supporting people to build rewarding careers.Contribute to the growth and profitability of the Alliance Group by assisting the Senior Supervisor in the planning, leading and organisation of the resources and production of Slaughter Board at our Lorneville Plant.The duties of the role involve:Efficiently manage workforce and resources to ensure optimal operational performance.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, efficiency, and output quality, and report on them regularly.Monitor and control contamination levels in compliance with food safety standards, ensuring high levels of hygiene and correct and non-compliances.Actively promote a culture of safety and ensure safe work practices are adhered to by all employees with accident reporting, investigation, and resolution, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.Completion of departmental administration.Nga painga - what's in it for you?We are an employer that is committed to making a difference for families and communities and supporting people to build rewarding careers.
