About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to really make an impact empowering insurers to access the healthcare ecosystem in unique and innovative ways, enabling powerful collaboration between health providers and insurance companies, and ultimately improving health outcomes. As Senior Product Manager for Konnect NET, you will be responsible for the overall product lifecycle for the products in your portfolio, including obtaining customer insights, defining product strategy, facilitating product design, and driving execution in collaboration with key stakeholders, e.g., delivery & marketing teams in Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
You'll also use your leadership skills to provide direction and management of your Konnect NET product team. Working with a talented group of people, you will help them execute and deliver on an ambitious product strategy.
About You
Experience managing and leading teams
Strong understanding of modern product development principles
Business/commercial acumen combined with a solid background in technology and user experience
Advanced understanding of the role of product management in a commercial organisation
5 years' experience working with software delivery teams in a similar role
Track record of addressing customer needs
Critical thinking, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to influence others
