We expect to lead a significant transformation of our customer experience and product portfolio over the coming years and we're searching for a Senior Product Manager to join us who will be instrumental in driving and realising key elements of that vision.
The Senior Product Manager is the voice of the customer and champions user experience and business value, with a core focus on delivering product outcomes.
With a deep understanding of customers, commercial outcomes, operational processes and technology, this role is responsible for developing a product vision, formulating strategy, designing the product roadmap, and working closely with business partners to deliver against it.
This role will suit someone who is naturally curious with a strategic mindset, whilst also being prepared to get into the detail.
There will be a level of ambiguity you'll need to be comfortable with, coupled with complexity of the airline environment and the pace at which we work.
Your desire to get the best outcome for our customers will help you drive outcomes, and you'll have demonstrated you can work with various business stakeholders, building trust and partnerships across a wide group.
This is a senior role, requiring significant depth of experience working in product development and management.

Demonstrates experience driving product outcomes across the lifecycle, and within an agile environment.
Is strategic, creative and an analytic thinker.
Is a strong innovator and communicator who collaborates, initiates, advocates and influences effectively.
