We're headquartered in Aotearoa | New Zealand, consisting of a fully remote, global workforce of 150+ passionate and smart people.THE ROLE:The Senior Product Manager is a key member of the Product team at Flux, providing strategic product leadership that drives great customer outcomes and commercial results for our clients and for Flux.Product Managers at Flux champion the product and are responsible for the value delivered to our clients and their customers. You need to be an evangelist who is constantly interrogating the market and your own thinking. You'll inspire, challenge and uphold high standards of work.You'll look after the full lifecycle of your product, from problem definition, through discovery, validation, execution and refinement. You'll be skilled at the delivery of software value, articulating a vision, documenting decisions, measuring efficacy, and reporting back to your collaborators and business leaders.In this role, you will be responsible for managing product owners and ensuring they are growing their product and delivery skills.
