We have a unique opportunity for an accomplished Senior Product Manager to join our Membership product team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to grow the AA Personal Membership base, optimise the Membership product, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities: Membership Strategy: Work closely with the Head of Membership & Loyalty to develop and execute the Membership strategy, focusing on demonstrating value, expanding member benefits, and fostering membership growth.
Product Development: Implement the annual business plan for AA Membership, identifying and executing on product opportunities that reinforce the Member Value Proposition and support growth objectives.
Member Engagement: Utilise technology and data analytics to enhance member utilisation, engagement, and satisfaction, continuously optimising product offerings.
Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to develop and execute an annual marketing plan that drives Membership growth and revenue targets.
Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure cohesive alignment and integration of membership strategies across the organisation.
Training and Support: Manage the development of Membership training programs, intranet content, and sales support tools for front-line teams, ensuring effective implementation and adoption.
Process Optimisation: Lead the ongoing maintenance and optimisation of Membership processes and system developments, including website functionalities and cross-sell processes.
Financial Accountability: Own the Membership P&L budget, manage revenue forecasts, and measure financial impact from product initiatives.
Minimum Requirements: Experience: You have 7+ years of proven experience in product management, with a strong background in membership-based products or subscription services.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyse metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimise product performance.
Commercial Acumen: Solid understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Communication: Skilled at building and developing relationships across a complex eco-system i.e.
Member Experience frontline teams, mobility and legal.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple priorities and driving change through innovation and continuous improvement.
