How you will make an impact
Deliver high-quality Cloud solutions for CyberCX customers. In conjunction with team members, you will ensure that projects are outcomes focused and delivered to the customer according to their unique business requirements.


Day to day you will: Work with our team and customers to deliver Azure & Microsoft 365 platform security projects in line with the agreed scope, CyberCX standards, and relevant industry standards or frameworks. Manage customer expectations, communicate effectively, and develop professional relationships with customers. Work closely with team to ensure project delivery meet customer expectations. Continuously develop skills and knowledge around the relevant technologies and solutions in market Address and resolve incidents and service requests. Produce high-quality reports. Preferred Qualifications, Experience & Skills 3+ years' experience in a DevOps Engineering role Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or a related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience Relevant Microsoft certifications, ideally one or more of the following: AZ-104 AZ-400 AZ-500 Strong fundamental understanding and experience with enterprise technologies and infrastructure including networking, compute, storage, cloud platforms. Sound understanding of cloud architecture and landing zone patterns. Experience with the follow technologies: Azure DevOps, CI/CD YAML pipelines, Git Azure Infrastructure-as-code: BICEP, ARM, Terraform IDAM: Entra ID Linux OS- RPM/DEB based Cloud Networking- routing, load balancing, network peering, private endpoints Containers and Kubernetes Cloud storage, encryption, and access management Cloud security- visibility, firewalling, WAF, certificates, key management Cloud logging and monitoring- cloud native and third party Familiar with automation and scripting tools: Bash, Python, or PowerShell to support operational tasks Able to work autonomously and use initiative to achieve desired outcomes.
