In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for corridor access, vehicle crossings, and Traffic Management Plans, while also supporting Kaipara District Council's roading maintenance contractor.Key responsibilities include:Building trust with customers, maintaining records, and enhancing communication methods.Updating Vehicle Crossing (VC) files, issuing permits, and overseeing inspections with contractors.Coordinating with inspectors, engineers, and customers to resolve issues and manage queries.Handling Corridor Access Requests (CAR) and Traffic Management Plans (TMP), ensuring compliance and effective communication.Support the Roading team by delivering exceptional customer service, manage service requests and provide accurate information.About youWe are seeking a candidate with a strong commitment to providing excellent service and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
