As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support to our clients, assisting them with troubleshooting and problem-solving to ensure their systems are running smoothly. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within our company. Responsibilities:1. Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with software and hardware3. Document and track client issues in our CRM system4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues5. Proactively identify areas for improvement in client systems and recommend solutions6. Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily7. Stay up-to-date on new technologies and industry trends to better assist clients Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in a technical support role2.
