Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description: Vend, a leading retail management software company, is seeking a talented and experienced Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from your home in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. As a Client Service Associate at Vend, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our clients. Your main duties will include answering inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of our software products and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
