The Opportunity: We are experiencing strong growth and have a range of new products in development. We are seeking a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to join our team and help realise our vision. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team managing OSA masks through the entire product lifecycle, from conception to obsolescence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Being the voice of the customer by conducting research to understand the needs of patients, customers, and markets, providing data-driven insights to inform product design.
Developing a product vision, gathering product requirements and working closely with product development to deliver on that vision.
Supporting the launch of new products through activities such as market releases, value proposition development, pricing, forecasts, supply, and market support.
Collecting and analysing customer feedback to make continuous improvements to the product.
About You: This role is ideal for someone who is outcome-driven, resourceful, and adaptable. Proven track record in product management or experience in the sleep industry (e.g. as a Sleep Physiologist) is preferred. The role offered will be tailored to the preferred candidate based on their level of experience.
