Working closely with our Head of Technology, you will define our Product framework and own the product roadmap for all four of our products (Milk, Fuel, Water, Feed). This is a hybrid role (our office is in Palmerston North) or remote role (if you are based in other parts of New Zealand).Day to day in the role, you will:Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy.Prioritise functionality based on customer feedback, Agricultural market needs, and business goals.Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.Collaborate with technology, marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.Analyse product performance data to inform decision-making.Identify areas for improvement and work on product enhancements or new functionality.Understand customer needs and pain points through direct interaction, surveys, and data analysis.Develop customer personas and use cases to guide product development.Context switch with ease; going from the farm to the boardroom.You will have:Proven experience as a product manager.Proven product discovery and data driven problem solving experience, preferably working in Saas and/or Haas.Strong agriculture industry experience will be an advantage.Experience in product lifecycle management.A strategic outlook.Practical, pragmatic and down to earth character.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.Strong leadership and decision-making skills.Why join Levno?Be a key member of our team and help shape the future of Levno as a business.Remote/hybrid working options.Better Me - mental and physical health benefits to use the way you choose.Be part of a multi-award winning business.
