You should adeptly manage stakeholders, maintain independence, and influence effectively without being swayed.You'll be at the heart of shaping our product vision by testing, learning, pivoting, dropping, and prototyping ideas to create products that are valuable, usable, feasible, and loved by our customers!Collaborate closely with our product owners, engineers, and data science teams to uncover and deliver value for both our customers and Harmoney.What you'll do:You'll have an end-to-end role across the entire product lifecycle where you will advocate for the customer and product management within the organisation and with external stakeholders.You'll work with customers and the business to build friendly and accessible products that align with our vision and purpose, balancing the constraints.Having a close partnership with engineering - you'll have direct control over resources to get your best work done.Independently identifying, validating, and prototyping new products (tools, process, payment or credit products), aligned with Harmoney's strategic objectives.Develop a set of goals, targets and roadmaps that tell a compelling story about your initiatives.Working closely with Data Science and User Experience team members to uncover insights that could lead to valuable product offerings.Regularly socialising the product vision and roadmap.Preparing business cases identifying the return on investment, supported by discovery analysis to move new capabilities into delivery.Bringing your vision to life in partnership with product owners and engineers.Balance shorter-term business needs with the long-term sustainability of your product area, prioritising tech investment items as needed to ensure sustainability.Working with Marketing, Credit, Funding and Finance teams to ensure successful product launches.
