They lead in the development of the product strategy and work alongside regions and branches throughout the North and South Island to ensure successful implementations.Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will have your own portfolio of products to match an aligned customer segment for which you are accountable. You'll provide a focus on growing the company's existing customer base with profitable revenue growth through acquisition and retention, as well as ensuring world-class service and overseeing the whole product lifecycle.Key Accountabilities:Develop a comprehensive product strategy, that will clearly define where the product is heading and how it will get therePublish product roadmaps for your service portfolios and related customer segments and manage initiatives through the go-to-market processWork with the product, sales, operations, and technology teams to come together with solutions that are valuable, viable, usable and feasibleCollaborate with the pricing team to develop competitive and profitable pricing strategiesTrack industry trendsWork across the total product lifestyle beyond the product launch.Qualifications About youYou'll thrive in a supportive team environment with a positive and can-do attitude. You will have a relevant tertiary qualification and have min 5 years experience working on technology-powered products, either as a product manager, product designer or user researcher.You are someone who can figure out solutions to hard problems, your ability to build relationships with various stakeholders is critical to the success of this role. You can lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, and written format.
