What will you be doing?

At Tower, we are boldly aligning with future insurance trends, making this an exciting time to join our team and make a significant impact on our home product and portfolio.

As the lead Product Manager for home insurance, you will report to our Head of Product and play a crucial role in developing attractive, innovative, and profitable home insurance products that align with our risk appetite. Additionally, you will support other general insurance product lines as needed.

A key aspect of this role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet market needs, regulatory requirements, and company objectives.

What you'll need

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in product management, particularly in the insurance industry. They excel in cross-functional collaboration, possess a keen understanding of market trends, and have a proven track record of developing innovative and profitable insurance products.

To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following:

Degree qualified

5+ years Insurance experience (house insurance preferable) with a track record of playing a key role in managing the performance of a portfolio and implementing new customer-facing initiatives

Comfortable interpreting general insurance policies. Understand the intent of policy wordings

Critical thinking - what could the alternatives be? How do we evaluate the alternatives?

Commercial acumen - ability to determine what will be attractive to customers and worth paying for

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience driving performance and developing innovative products
