It is a lean operation using the latest development tools, technologies and agile practices that allow our clients to keep ahead of the game.About the RoleThe Product Delivery Manager role is to ensure that all contracted services are delivered to clients in accordance with contracts. The role provides a single point of contact for clients in relation to the provision of contracted services and is responsible for aligning the customers' requirements and expectations with Datacom's service levels. The key responsibility of the Product Delivery Manager is governance across all areas of their services including:Service managementIncident and change managementContinual service improvementCustomer satisfactionAs well as playing a key role in ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery. The role will have line management responsibility and report into the Practice Lead - Application Assurance.The core objectives and responsibilities of the Product Delivery Manager will include:Client relationship managementContract and commercial managementService Management ReportingContinual Service Improvement and InnovationPersonal Development and CultureAs the role requires security clearance, only NZ Citizens or Permanent Residents that have 5 years residence in NZ will be considered for the role.What you'll bringWe are looking to build New Zealand's leading services team and need someone that shares the same vision. You are thoroughly versed in Service Management or Support in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines. Previous experience as a service, project or delivery manager would be beneficial, along with financial management and commercial awareness. Most important thing for us is a great fit with the team, someone that is curious by nature with a can-do attitude.Some more "official" things that we would love for you to bring:Understanding of service management methodologies including ITIL v4.Sound understanding of technical concepts and frameworks & Product development lifecycleExcellent verbal and written communicationExcellent customer relationship building and management skillsStrong influencing and persuasive abilityStrong business acumenProven analytical and problem-solving skillsMinimum 5 years' experience in the IT industry in a relevant role including:Service ManagerAccount ManagementProject managementTechnical Team LeadIT Operations ManagerIf this sounds a bit like you, please get in contact or submit your details.
