This part-time role will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks and accounts are completed efficiently.Manage all accounting functions up to trial balance, including payrollWork with the business owner to assist with budgeting and forecastingMaintain accurate records of jobs and ensure accurate job costingOversee the maintenance and organisation of the office and its facilitiesManage office supply ordering and inventory controlFleet management for all company vehiclesProvide general administrative support to the wider team as requiredAbout You:Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar accounts roleStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasksExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in using office software, including the Microsoft Office suiteProficient in accounts up to trial balanceA keen eye for detail and the ability to work independentlyKnowledge of office management best practices and proceduresThe Benefits:This small family-run organisation has a family-first, flexible approach to their workforce.
