The Company
This is an internationally established organisation with a strong presence in the export sector. With robust contracts, the business is well-placed to weather any economic difficulties that may cause hardship for other sectors.
The Role
This is a busy and varied role, that will see you working across a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Managing business customer enquiries, mostly via email with some phone calls
Accurately quoting products and services for customers
Organising logistics, outbound freight booking and liaison with the internal stakeholders in the distribution centre
Researching product type to ensure client and customer needs are correctly matched
Sales support administration for the Business Unit Manager and Account Managers
Your Profile
This role would suit someone coming from either a business administration, customer service, or sales support background:
Good attention to detail with the ability to ensure information being sent is accurate
Any experience providing pricing or quotations to customers
Able to research products and understand customer requirements
Comfortable using the Microsoft suite including Excel
Experience working with larger systems such as SAP is beneficial but not essential; we are happy to consider people who can learn quickly
Hold full, unrestricted working rights for New Zealand and be based in, or actively relocating to Christchurch
