Office Management (Administration & Office Support) New World Mount Albert is opening soon in the heart of the community!With our opening date set for October, we are seeking an experienced Office & Compliance Manager to be part of this journey of working towards a successful store opening and continuously delivering an awesome experience for our community. This role will be 20-25 hours per week with flexibility.The Role: Partner with leaders to ensure seamless store operations daily, including the highest standard of compliance and regulations.Work closely with external regulatory bodies and Foodstuffs to ensure all systems and processes are compliant. Embrace, drive and continuously improve best practice operational standards. Ensuring the effective management of staff records including personal details, pay rates, rosters etc. Payroll processing and authorisation as per store policy and PAYE reconciliation.Financials - managing online banking process; ensuring the receipt and control of inwards goods documentation, packing slips and invoice; daily processing of sales banking including control of non-cash items.Ensuring that costs are kept within the parameters set out by Owner Operator.What's in it for you: 20-25hpw with flexibility.We'rein it together, we look after each other, back one another, communicate effectively, and work together as one winning team, every time.An amazing team of leaders to connect, collaborate and learn from who will support your career growth along the way.Be part of a 100% locally owned and operated store.What are we looking for: Prior experience with financial administration is essential for this role. SAP experience would be advantageous.In-depth knowledge of compliance standards and regulations, ensuring the store remains up-to-date and protected.Someone who truly lives our values and sets the bar across the store, with a love of retail and career aspirations to go further.Reliable, honest and be a good team player.Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite of products.Eligible to work in New Zealand About New World & Foodstuffs. You know New World, PAK'n'SAVE and Four Square, right?
