About the Role:
Our client's well-established construction practice is experiencing significant growth. This high-performing team handles a blend of commercial contracting work and construction dispute resolution. They are now seeking an intermediate-level lawyer with expertise in construction contracts and residential developments, large-scale infrastructure projects, procurement and tender arrangements, joint venture arrangements, and a high-level understanding of risk mitigation and dispute management.

Role Highlights: Handle a mix of commercial contracting and construction dispute resolution. Work on residential developments, large-scale infrastructure projects, procurement and tender arrangements, joint venture arrangements, and risk mitigation and dispute management. Engage in complex, high-level construction dispute matters. Benefit from modern systems, mentorship from highly regarded Partners, and competitive remuneration. What We're Looking For: Qualification: NZ qualified & admitted lawyer with current practicing certificate. Experience: 3+ years of solid PQE a reputable law firm with dealing with construction and infrastructure matters, or in-house experience. Commercial Awareness: Ability to provide strategic advice. Technical Skills: Excellent technical skills, especially in litigation and construction project disputes. Collaborative Nature: Ability to work collaboratively with project partners for effective problem-solving. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills essential for building strong client and team relationships. Why This Role?
