Associate Director | Equity Research Sales Trader .Joining our Cash Equities team in Auckland, where you will step into the role of Research Sales/Sales Trader and work to build relationships across our New Zealand and international based clients along with broader key stakeholders within Macquarie. What role will you play?Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility In this role, you will work alongside senior members of our team and assist with aspects of the facilitation function, trading rules and regulations. You will possess proven experience in selling research products which include ASX research to New Zealand institutions and New Zealand research to international institutions. You will be responsible for the execution and operation of Macquarie's Cash Equities orders which include but are not limited to the preparation of daily "book" and currency conversion where requested. What you offerPress space or enter keys to toggle section visibility • Tertiary qualification in finance, commerce or a related discipline • 4-7+years of experience in institutional sales, sales trading, research-sales or broking environment • High attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to seamlessly interact with stakeholders at all levels • Strong numerical and computer literacy skills • Highly motivated, driven and commercial in your work approach.
