We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team based in our Gore office. We seek an individual who relates well to people, has excellent time management skills and the motivation to grow an established, quality Property Management portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have obtained their New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4) or be willing to work towards obtaining it.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of rent receiptsManagement of the onboarding and offboarding process for all tenantsMonitoring the condition of properties to maintain the landlord assetEnsuring compliance with property regulationsCollaborating with our Admin Team dailyExpected Skills & Experience: Well-organized with excellent time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to learn new skills and systemsProficiency with Microsoft Office and OutlookExperience with management systems (e.g Palace, TPS)Ability to work independently as well as part of the MRL TeamFamiliarity with rental properties and knowledge of Gore and surrounding districtsYou will receive: Competitive salary + use of company car + mobile phoneFull training provided on all systems and processesThis is a full-time salary position and flexibility is required, and the Property Manager should be available on rostered weekends to assist when needed.
