Mrl Property Manager Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team based in our Gore office. We seek an individual who relates well to people, has excellent time management skills and the motivation to grow an established, quality Property Management portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have obtained their New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4) or be willing to work towards obtaining it.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of rent receipts
Management of the onboarding and offboarding process for all tenants
Monitoring the condition of properties to maintain the landlord asset
Ensuring compliance with property regulations
Collaborating with our Admin Team daily
Expected Skills & Experience:
Well-organized with excellent time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn new skills and systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
Experience with management systems (e.g Palace, TPS)
Ability to work independently as well as part of the MRL Team
Familiarity with rental properties and knowledge of Gore and surrounding districts

This is a full-time salary position and flexibility is required, and the Property Manager should be available on rostered weekends to assist when needed.
