Ideal Progress Limited is a local trusted kitchen furniture specialist based in Auckland. We offer pragmatic and bespoke solutions to your kitchen from design, manufacturing to installation. We have operated for over 10 consecutive years and now have 22 dedicated team members that are our great assets and recipe for success.We are looking for a marketing guru to join us. This Marketing Specialist role will lead the development, execution, and analysis of marketing strategies and campaigns. You will manage the social media account, content materials, and design. This is a full-time permanent role, and you will work 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The remuneration is NZ$65,000 per annum plus all the statutory entitlements.Key responsibilities:Oversee the planning and coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timely execution and consistent messaging for online publications and offline events.Report to the management team when needed for social media design or content materials, ensuring a cohesive approach for business marketing initiatives.Lead the planning, organisation, and implementation of marketing materials for marketing campaigns and events.Plan and implement marketing activities aimed at increasing brand awareness and engagement across targeted regions.Qualifications and Skills:A bachelor's degree or higher qualification.Three years of relevant experience in recent years.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when coordinating with international teams.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics) will be a plus.Familiarity with B2B/B2C marketing strategies.How to apply?If you are interested in this role, you may include with your application a cover letter outlining reasons why you are suitable for this role and your relevant experience in recent years with a digital copy of your qualification.
