As an Analytics and Insights Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving a new era of data-driven decision making at our company. You will lead a team in implementing the Data and Analytics strategy, delivering timely and impactful insights that delight the business and inform key decisions.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing best practices and governance to ensure the accuracy, availability, and cost-effectiveness of our analytics and insights.

Key Responsibilities Mentor and manage team to support development / high performing team
Develop data literacy and skills across the business, particularly across PowerBI
Support a high-performance team culture, which drives the engagement of all team members to achieve business, personal and professional development objectives.
Collaborate Collaborate across disciplines and apply knowledge in areas of expertise other than one's own. Actively coach and share knowledge and expertise with others.
Experience/Technical/Professional Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of professional work experience in analytics and insights, including data science
5+ years of experience with Python or Scala development
Familiarity with recognized and relevant technology industry qualifications
Solid experience as a member of agile teams collaborating with other engineers, product managers, UX professionals, architects, and other stakeholders
Strong programming experience (including Python, script automation, and database languages)
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes Sound problem-solving skills
Able to assess priorities and self-manage
Has a 'can-do' approach and attitude
Enthusiastic about technology and driven to achieving solutions and resolving problems at a pace
Good appreciation of the need to follow established processes but willing to challenge them for valid reasons and better options
Experience in Snowflake
Scripting skills - advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with databases, query authoring and working knowledge of a variety of databases, e.g., SQL Server, Redshift, PostgreSQL
5+ years of experience with SQL
Experience using project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.
Troubleshooting skills, ability to determine impacts, resolve complex issues, and exercise sound judgment and initiative in stressful situations
