The Opportunity We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Partner to join Gallagher's Legal Team. As a key member of our legal team based at our Hamilton head office, you'll provide exceptional legal support and insights to support decision-making for Gallagher's Animal Management division.

Offer pragmatic legal solutions to the Animal Management business, ensuring compliance and supporting strategic objectives.Draft and assist in negotiating crucial contracts to facilitate smooth business operations.Collaborate closely with the Animal Management team along with the broader Legal team, and stakeholders across the Gallagher business.The Fit This is a chance to make a real impact with one of NZ's largest privately owned technology companies. LLB degree (minimum) and a current practicing certificate.Minimum 5 years PQE, with legal experience in commercial and contract law.Proven track record in a high-performing team environment.Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.Customer-focused approach with a dedication to exceeding internal and external customer expectations.Self-motivated with exceptional planning, organizational, and prioritization abilities.Collaborative mindset, capable of effectively engaging with cross-functional teams to deliver desired outcomes.Proactive in identifying and solving problems using innovative approaches.Additional experience in a commercial organization is preferred but not essential.Why Gallagher?
