Legal Executive

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Executive, seeking a role in a busy and successful firm in Auckland's CBD. About the Opportunity As an experienced Legal Executive, you will bring at least 2 years of experience across various legal areas. Ideally, your background will include some or a combination of the following:
Residential conveyancing Processing e-dealings Subdivision work (residential or commercial) Commercial leasing Sale and purchase of commercial property Drafting settlement agreements and easements Refinancing agreements Processing Kainga Ora documentation Wills and EPOAs Drafting shareholder agreements Trust administration, including the formation of family trusts Estate administration Experience in an administrative or secretarial capacity with high-level exposure to these areas is also valuable. You'll have the opportunity to leverage your full range of skills, with the support and mentorship of senior lawyers, as you expand your practice into more complex commercial files.
About You As a qualified Legal Executive, you should have 2+ years of fee-earning experience or 5+ years in an administrative role within a private practice legal setting, preferably with client-facing responsibilities. However, we welcome candidates with varying levels of experience.
You should have a strong desire to join a friendly, down-to-earth, and high-performing team, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
