Legal And Client Support Services Manager

An international Law Firm is looking for an experienced and proactive candidate to lead their Legal and Client support teams. Your new role Overall responsibility for the leadership of your teams (13 overall) and the delivery of the services they provide. Ensuring the teams work effectively and efficiently delivering work of a high standard in a timely manner. Responsible for the development and implementation of best practice consistently across the teams, working proactively to facilitate continuous improvement of processes and service delivery to meet client needs. Ensuring the team is trained on and following all processes and procedures. Ensure tasks are completed in compliance with all policies. What you'll need to succeed People Management experience. Professional Services Experience - Preferably from a Legal or Accountancy Firm. Commercial minded with an understanding of client onboarding (AML), client billing and collections. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Possess a high level of commercial acumen and analytical skills. What you'll get in return To be a part of a supportive company and team.
