Your Role : Engage students and focus on learning. Proficient in Kip tutoring method, promoting self-esteem and independence. Hold/acquire teaching qualification, committed to professional growth. Maintain clearance for working with children. Provide honest, timely feedback to students and parents/guardians. Build rapport for a welcoming learning environment. Prepared, punctual, and maintain student engagement. Deliver goal-oriented lessons effectively. Demonstrate high-quality, professional teaching. Mark and provide meaningful feedback on all assignments and activities. Adapt lessons based on student reassessment and lesson plan guides.
