We're looking for an individual who is deeply passionate about early childhood education and development, possessing the creativity to ignite curiosity and imagination in our little learners. Patience and understanding are essential traits, while also being a team player and collaborating effectively with Kaiako (teachers) and parents. Our centre spans across two buildings with a collaborative close-knit team. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Role requirements: Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence. We are looking for the following: B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration/certification Good understanding of child-led curriculum, planning, and extending on our children's learning Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in high regard A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality Why choose us?
