As Head Chef, you will be responsible for running a smooth and efficient kitchen, managing stock, budgeting, training, and rostering your team. You will also be expected to maintain cleanliness, health & safety, and compliance. You will lead a team that is well-prepared, well-trained, and confident, and have a passion for mentoring and developing your team.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs
