To provide support in all food and beverage outlets and ensure exceptional service and guest experience. The Invercargill Licensing Trust (ILT) is a high performing community owned organisation with a clear purpose – to create and contribute to a vibrant Invercargill.
ILT operates 23 businesses across Invercargill. It employs around 650 staff and has a rich heritage of investing in leading edge hospitality facilities and funding significant community projects through its distribution of profits to over 400 community organisations each year.
The Langlands Hotel is a brand new 4.5 star, 78 room hotel in the heart of Invercargill. The rooms exude luxury and the five quality food and beverage offerings are current and sophisticated.
You will lead a team and be responsible for exceptional customer service within the food and beverage service operation whilst ensuring the fire, hygiene, health & safety and Sale and Supply of Alcohol 2012 requirements are met to the highest level.
Applicants will demonstrate the following attributes: Strong people skills with leadership ability, a team player and a team builder.Energetic, upbeat personality with the ability to interact well with a variety of clientele.Outstanding communication skills, both amongst team members and guests.Proven food and beverage experience including cocktail creation and ability to thrive in a high pressure environment.Systems orientated person that can implement promotions effectively.Relevant computer skills to keep up with social media activity and knowledge of online booking systems.Previous leadership experience leading a motivated energetic team.Passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.Community focused with a passion for people and the community.Ability to make independent decisions to ensure guest satisfaction.Enjoys interaction with guests and building positive relationships.A professional appearance with a positive attitude adaptability and flexibility.Current managers certificate would be an advantage.This is an opportunity to further your career within a professionally led organisation that delivers tangible outcomes to the community.
