We are seeking a passionate and experienced centre manager to oversee our daily operations. This role emphasises leadership, staff support, family engagement, and strategic development. You will collaborate closely with the centre owner to enhance our learning environment and curriculum, ensuring we provide the best educational experiences for our tamariki.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring smooth daily operations
Leading and supporting staff
Building strong relationships with whanau
Managing enrolments and marketing strategies
Handling administrative tasks
Promoting an inclusive environment
Engaging with the local community
The ideal candidate will have proven management experience, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of New Zealand's cultural curriculum. Experience in an early childhood centre management is advantageous.
