This position is at Buster Crabb Ltd, 326 Dee Street, Invercargill. The preferred applicant must have: At least 6 months continuous working experience as a restaurant Duty Manager and hold this qualification. A good grasp of English so that communication with customers and other staff isn't an issue. A stable period of employment of at least 6 months in your previous role. A good understanding of all Food and Beverage requirements. Ability to do banking. Experience in stock management and ordering. Cleaning and restocking experience. Experience in dealing with a busy professional kitchen. Experience in developing other staff members to get the best from them. All these are needed as part of the continuous 6 month minimum experience needed. We guarantee 30 - 40 hours per week plus overtime paid at normal rates. 4 weeks holiday per annum, time and a half, and a day in lieu of working on rostered statutory holidays. This position is full-time. The successful applicant will be responsible to the Restaurant Managers. Transport is essential but not necessary. We are reasonably centrally located. We require continuous consistency and quality in everything we produce and provide.
