Exciting opportunity on offer in our Manukau Autolign Branch for our next Customer Service Representative to join our fun and welcoming team!

We have a great opportunity for a motivated and customer focused person to join our steering and suspension specialist branch of the Autolign business.

You will play a key role in providing parts identification and supply service across the wider Manukau, South Auckland regions. This is not a boring role; we want someone who is truly interested in learning, from technical applications to every day general workshop requirements.

What will you be doing with us?

The role of our frontline customer service team is to respond professionally and efficiently to customer and inter-branch enquiries, providing effective service to both. With a high number of phone calls and in-branch interactions the role will receive and process all customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring delivery expectations are met or exceeded.
The role exists to provide quality parts interpretation service to a wide range of existing and new customers. Selecting from our extensive product range, you will also work with the rest of the branch team to source product not in stock to fulfil customer needs.
From time to time, you may be required to carry out customer deliveries as well as covering in other Bapcor NZ locations close to you. We work as one team, and the same level of support can be expected when your team needs such.
