Job Description:
Quantifi Photonics is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time Call Center Representative in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Entry Level Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing information about our products and services, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls in a professional manner- Making outbound calls to potential customers- Providing information about products and services- Resolving customer complaints or issues- Documenting all interactions with customers accurately- Meeting or exceeding customer service metrics- Collaborating with team members to improve processes and procedures- Adhering to company policies and procedures- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Resourceful and able to problem-solve efficiently- Strong persuasion skills- Ability to think innovatively and adapt to changes- Knowledge of basic computer applications- High school diploma or equivalent
