Job Description:

Dover, a leading company in the industry, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Auckland, NZ. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility and convenience for employees. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve issues and answer questions- Develop a deep understanding of company products and services to best assist customers- Document customer interactions and feedback in a clear and concise manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience- Meet performance targets and goals set by management

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Resilient and reliable attitude towards work- No previous experience required - training will be provided- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
