Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Specialist at Cardinal Health in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. Your primary role will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide product information and assistance to customers- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to customers- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize customer experience- Document customer interactions and feedback in CRM system- Assist with customer onboarding and training- Conduct research to better understand customer needs and preferences- Negotiate solutions to customer issues to ensure a positive outcome

Requirements:- Resourceful and independent with the ability to problem solve effectively- Strong research and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Customer service experience preferred but not required- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
