Some more information about the role As Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Legal Support and Client Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Provide leadership to the team, fostering professional development, driving continuous improvement, and enhancing the team's strategic capabilities.Service Quality: Ensure the delivery of effective and high-quality support services, allowing our legal teams to focus on delivering the best legal services to clients.Support Function Management: Oversee each support function to ensure they are working effectively and in line with policies, procedures, and standards.Process Improvement: Continuously assess the effectiveness and efficiency of team processes and procedures, supporting team members in identifying and implementing necessary improvements.Stakeholder Engagement: Meet regularly with unit and department heads to address any issues and ensure the functions are running efficiently and effectively.Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of leadership experience in a professional services/timesheeting environment (desirable).Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple priorities and work to sometimes conflicting timescales in a robust and fast-paced environment.Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and leadership experience to deliver effectively through others in a virtual team management context.Team Management: Proven experience in managing a team and developing others.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., legal, business, accounting).In return, you'll receive a salary of $120K-140K pa, ample benefits with the opportunity to add a top-tier brand on your CV.
